Privacy

When you create an account, save a search or ask about a home, we collect your name, email, phone (if you give it), the homes you view and save, and the searches you run. We use this to send the listing alerts you ask for and so William Zhang can help with your search. It is stored in our database and in our CRM (Follow Up Boss).

We do not sell your information. We use a first-party cookie to keep you signed in and to count listing views. Email links sign you in automatically for 45 days.

Text messages

We only text people who checked the text message consent box on a form. The box is optional, is never pre-checked, and is not required to create an account, save a search or ask about a home. Texts and calls come from William Zhang (Your Millennial Real Estate LLC, brokered by eXp Realty) and are about buying or selling a home.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Details are in our SMS Terms.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers, such as our CRM and texting provider, receive them only to deliver the service.

You can change alert frequency or unsubscribe from any email, or on your account page. To delete your account, email william@512austinhome.com.
