Texts and calls are about the help you asked for: questions about your plans, scheduling a call, showing or home visit, and appointment confirmations and reminders.

How you opt in: by checking the consent box on a form on lifeinaustintx.com or 512austinhome.com. The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking it. The box says:

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: varies, usually a few messages in the first week and occasional check-ins after that.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.

AI assistant: some messages and calls are handled by an AI assistant working for William Zhang. If you ask, it will tell you so. William Zhang handles every showing himself.
